Honey Mustard Pork Chops
• 4 Pork Chops
• 1/4 Cup Honey
• 2 Tbs Orange Juice
• 1 Tsp Cidar Vinegar
• 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
Place meat under braoster appprox. 6" at 475
Brush glaze on meat several times as it cooks,
turning only one time.
Cook until pink in center. Be careful that glaze
does not burn.
This recipe is also great for the grill!!
